POP RIVET ASSEMBLY MACHINES

Hindustan Automation has developed a rivet assembly machine for pop rivets. Here, pins of various sizes are assembled in the bush in a single indexing unit by just changing the settings of adjustable knob attached to the machine.  It provides a feed rate of 170 assembled pieces per minute.

VIBRATORY BOWL FEEDER FOR BOLTS & NUTS

Hindustan Automation has developed a bowl feeder where eight to ten different types of bolts & nuts can be oriented in a single bowl with a feed rate of 90 –100 pieces per minute by just adjusting the buffer on the top of the system.
